About our web design packages
Our company offers well structured, template based or fully customised site designs, to ensure we meet your individual requirements. The professional sites we create are validated for correct coding and validated for accessibility. Sites created by us are easy to maintain and will come with documentation and software in order for you to keep your site up to date.
Unlike many companies, Our commitment to you does not end when we complete your site! We take pride in our aftersales service and if you ever need help, or minor adjustments, then we will be happy to help at no extra cost. If you do need major changes, such as layout, additional pages or content, then there will be a minimal charge applied.
Our sites are inexpensive because we believe that some large companies are taking advantage with unfair prices and technical jargon. We can design a website from as little as £40.
We code our sites from the ground up in (X)HTML, guaranteeing great attention to detail, many designers use programs that build the code automatically, sometimes these can give invalid code that is difficult to change or update if the designer cannot correct the code directly.

Now for the jargon! Our basic package includes HTML based pages with CSS formatting, limited PHP is included
at no extra cost unless you specify that you do not want PHP. We can offer quality
web design, with an optional interactive edge using PHP and MySQL that other designers
often do not. This allows you to have automated newsletters, update and change the
site content without any HTML knowledge, users can subscribe to your site, message forums, and of course,
a shopping cart system, as well as many other applications too numerous to list.
If you are unsure of what you need, please feel free to ask.
Our company currently uses: (X)HTML, XML, PHP, JavaScript, MySQL, CSS, Flash.
(X)HTML ((eXtensible)Hyper-text Markup Language) - The source code that makes up a websites content and layout
CSS (Cascading style sheet) - Used in conjuntion with HTML, defines colours and layout properties of a website
PHP (PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor) - A coding language used in conjuntion with HTML that allows more diverse
use of content. Bit odd that the P in PHP stands for PHP though...
MySQL (My Structured Query Language) - A database that can be run alongside a website that can allow
integration of a shopping cart or user subscriptions and mailing lists. (My is not as in self, it is named of the MySQL originators daughter).
